Online Entries Open	Monday 5 February
Online Entries Close	Sunday 1 April
Notification to artists of accepted artworks, and last day for entry changes	Sunday 8 April
Acceptance fees payable by	Friday 20 April
Delivery of artworks - 2 dates	Tuesday 24 April, 5pm to 7.30pm; and
	Wednesday 25 April, 9am to 10.30am
Opening Night	Friday 27 April, 7pm - 9.30pm
'Exhibition Weekend' Opening times	Saturday 28 April, 10am to 6pm Sunday 29 April, 10am to 4pm
Collection of unsold artworks	Sunday 29 April, 5pm to 7pm


Fees 2018
Submission fees per artwork – non-refundable	$5.00
Acceptance Fee per artwork payable at the time of acceptance:-
- Artwork up to 0.75 square metre - Artwork **over 0.75 square metre	$10.00 $20.00
- Three-dimensional works such as ceramics and jewellery can be grouped together. Please contact Artist Liaison to discuss.
There is a 25% Commission on all artwork sales.

** Note - no artwork with any one side in excess of 1.5 metres will be accepted.
