Quick Guide to Art Show Procedures

1. Art entry CLOSED Friday 2nd August 2019. 
   
   All entries for the Warranwood Art Show must be submitted via the online system at Gallery 247.  Unfortunately, no manual entries can be accepted.   
   
   
2. If you haven’t already registered with Gallery 247, you can register for a free account at https://www.Gallery247.com.au to create your own free 'artist profile' where you can upload photos of your artwork and biography.  
   
   
3. Once registered with Gallery 247 (with your artwork photos already uploaded) please select Warranwood Art Show from the artshows listed under 'MY ARTWORK' in your MyGallery247 profile. 
   
   
   
   
4. We accept for exhibition:
   • Original framed paintings; drawings etc and unframed works on canvas are accepted for submission.
     
     
   • Handmade Limited Edition prints, numbered and signed, including etchings, linocuts, screen prints and woodcuts etc. with low editions will be accepted for submission.
     
     
   • Photographs and Digital Works will be accepted for submission when entered as a limited, numbered edition, signed and numbered by the artist.
     
     
   • Three dimensional (3D) pieces will be accepted for submission, including ceramics, glassware, sculpture, jewellery etc. Please contact the Artist Liaison for step-by-step details on how to enter 3D works. 
     
     
5. 2019 Art Show submissions opened 29 May 2019 and closed 2 August 2019. 
   
   
6. You will be able to submit up to 6 artworks for consideration by the Selection Panel, each attracting a non-refundable submission fee of $5 each piece, however, acceptances are at the discretion of the Selection Panel. 
   
   
7. Each submitting artist will be notified by email of the accepted artworks into the Warranwood Art Show after 12 August 2019.
   
   
8. After notification, to further proceed with exhibiting at the Show, payment of the Acceptance Fee must be paid via the online payment system by Friday 23 August 2019, as follows -  
   
   
   • Artworks up to 0.75 square metre - $10
   • Artworks over 0.75 square metre - $15
   • Note - no artwork with any one side in excess of 1.5 metres will be accepted.
     
     
9. Please carefully review the Terms & Conditions, Key Dates & Fees and further information for artists located under ARTISTS INFO in the menu.

Perhaps some or all of your work will not be accepted and here are some possible reasons:

• You have not submitted a photograph of your entry.
• You have not complied with the Terms and Conditions.
• Unpaid art entry submission fees. 
• Limited exhibition space or show concept constraints.
• The Selection Panel are looking for a diversity of works and will take into account style, size, subject matter, show theme etc in their decisions.
